RUSTIC BAKED MUSHROOMS AND MUSHROOMS AND BRIE SCAMORZA
INGREDIENTS: 1 roll of
PASTRY RECTANGULAR
3 slices of cooked ham (raw or ... depending on your tastes) 1
SCAMORZA
4 tablespoons MUSHROOMS
PREPARATION:
Turn the oven to 220 degrees.
Roll out the dough and let it rest for about ten minutes on a sheet of baking paper.
Cover the middle with ham.
Cut the smoked cheese into cubes and mix it with mushrooms.
Spread the mixture on ham.
Close the rustic sealing the edges with cold water and let it cook in a pan lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
Notes: is can replace the ham with the sausage into small pieces previously passed in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil, but the result is much heavier!
