Recipe that seems a bit 'hard-working, the cake consists of three layers, but that is sure result.
Start with the first layer.
Beat butter with sugar until you get a soft cream, add the egg well.
Add flour and stir well ... you get the dough will be quite thick.
Roll out into a square or rectangular baking dish, no matter that the edges are very high because the cake will not rise much. I used a square mold with the side of 23 cm.

Place for a moment from the pan, turn the oven to 180 degrees and begin to prepare the second layer.
In a bowl, as if you were to start over, beat the butter and sugar, add eggs and work well.
Add the ground almonds and flour.

Bake the pan for about 20 / 25 minutes until you see the beautiful golden cake.

Prepare the third layer (the cover caramelized).
In a saucepan place the butter, honey, sugar, put it on low heat and bring to a boil, stirring slowly. Add sliced \u200b\u200balmonds and cook few minutes.
When you see the mixture become a bit dark and comes away from the edges, stirring well to say that it is ready.
Pour the cake with a spoon and roll it out quickly with a spoon ... Note that cools and hardens.

Cut the cake into small squares and enjoy it with a good tea with cinnamon looking Christmas tree lights!
