INGREDIENTS (about 30 cookies):
3 cups Flour 2 tablespoons
FRUMINA (or potato starch) 1 small glass of
SUGAR
half a glass of SEED OIL
a small glass of
MILK CHOCOLATE DROPS at will
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, add the flour, sugar and frumina.
Mix with a spoon, then add the liquid ingredients (milk and oil) and chocolate chips.
Stir for a few minutes or until the mixture will be homogeneous.
Shape into balls the size of each prefer and riporne in paper cups.
Bake cookies in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden result.
Chill before serving.
