Silver Wing Sginy Gold

INGREDIENTS: 1
ROLL PASTRY RECTANGULAR
80 GRAMS OF MUSHROOMS in pieces (I use them frozen) 14 BITS OF
BRIE CHEESE
COLD WATER QB

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 220 °.
Unroll the dough and let it rest for about ten minutes.
Divide into two along its length and, with each half to form rectangles of the same size 7.
Lay the edge of each rectangle is a piece of brie and 2 or 3 pieces of porcini. Close

each rectangle to form a bundle and seal the ends with fingers dipped in cold water.


Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes and then .... enjoy your meal!
